Hello and welcome!

Please check out our Frequently Asked Questions below, which covers everything from shipping to custom work. If you have a question that’s not answered here, feel free to ask.

 

WHERE AND HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Our prints and cards are small batch printed at our Nashua, NH Home Studio, using the highest quality of archival inks and papers. Our vinyl stickers are made by a manufacturer in the US. We also partner with a US drop-ship company for other special collections.

 

I WOULD LOVE A DRAWING OF MY PUP... DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WORK?

Angela loves to create a special custom piece of art, when not working on growing Artwork by AK and time permits. At this time we have a lot of items on our to-do list and therefore are not offering portraits or other custom artwork at this time. Feel free to contact us directly with a custom or bulk order request or other inquiries you may have.

 

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE COLORS OR CHANGE A WORD ON SOMETHING FOR ME?

All of our items are available only in the colors and size(s) described in the listing. We realize it may be disappointing that we can’t customize these in all of the many ways we get requests for, but we must have time to design and print more great drawings we (and you) love!


HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Fulfillment time for orders (custom work excluded) is typically 3-5 business days. 

We’ll try to get your order out sooner than that, but sometimes we get backed up, especially during the holiday season. Sometimes items will be shipped separately. If you need an item sent quickly to make a special occasion, please let us know and we’ll try our hardest to work something out.  

 

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We ship packages and return emails from 8am-8pm Eastern, Monday-Friday excluding major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back in the studio.


HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We ship domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. If your package weighs more than 13 oz., it must be shipped via Priority Mail. We ship from New Hampshire U.S.A., so it can sometimes take 6+ business days for packages to reach the West Coast via First Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within 2-5 business days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame for Priority packages (so we can’t either, unfortunately).

Tracking information and delivery timeframes will vary during spikes in COVID-19 and the holiday season.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We understand it's comforting to be able to see where your package is in its journey, and when its due to arrive. When your order ships a tracking number will be provided to you in a confirmation email. Priority packages can technically be tracked, but the USPS isn’t required to scan them upon arrival at each destination, which means the tracking info is fairly unreliable.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

To most countries, yes we do! Please note that if you choose standard first class international shipping, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in Customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times vary wildly. For example, we have had packages reach the UK anywhere from 6 days to 24 days after sending. We are also not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges that your country imposes on your package, nor can we predict what they might be.

 
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR ART PRINTS?

We are always happy to exchange or refund your item if you’re not happy with it, or it gets smushed in the mail. Please contact us for prior authorization of any returns.

We will cover the cost of re-shipping if:

- your order arrived damaged.
- an item was received in error.
- your package was lost in the mail. *However, if the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it, we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping the package.*
- your package was misdelivered and you are unable to correct the matter with your local post office.

We ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping if:

-you seek a replacement or an exchange for reasons other than damage or loss as described above.
-you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
-the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it.
-for any reason you were unable to collect your package at customs.

*All refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item in it's original condition. Shipping will only be refunded if the entire package arrived damaged or the package was lost in the mail.*

 

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS FOR APPAREL & DRINKWARE?

Wrong size:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mis-labelled. If that's the case, let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size:
As a size guide is provided with each garment description, we only offer exchanges for buyer's remorse in extreme cases and reserve the right to refuse such a request. If an exchange is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of the returned item and the shipping cost of the replacement item. A replacement item will only be shipped once the return item is received. Once received, the replacement garment will be shipped within the processing times outlined under the SHIPPING terms section.
